AL RAQIS - The Deep Desert region is available to rent. You will get Estate Management access to the whole region for 32000 Lindens a month.

In fact you can terraform and reparcel and set the place up however you want. A smugglers base? a seitch? a native village? A chance to set up an uber base for your own faction?

It is a Homestead region with a prim allownace of 3750 prims.

It currently has the SSFS renting 1000 prims on it for 11000 Lindens so if you keep them as tenants then it only costs 21000 L

But hurry - this once in a (Second) Lifetime offer won't be around for long. The next payment to Linden Lab is due for the region on 26 May and if no-one takes it over I'll be cancelling the region before that date.
