AL RAQIS - This is a warning that the Splintered Rock spice mining
system will be gradually switched off in November after which I'll be doing a
complete overhaul of the system. If you have pouches of raw spice and literpaks
use 'em in the next few weeks. Reminder: spice can be used to rent landing
spacesor offices on Splintered Rock.
